I currently broadcast my multiboxing adventures daily, at random times. This has been including both new and random instances in World of Warcraft. My main team right now is 5 Paladins -- 1 holy, 1 protection, and 3 retribution. I am also working on levelling a priest and 3 warlocks on the same server (with the prot pally tanking for the group).
Sometimes I post on Twitter or in the Chat Room that I'm broadcasting live if I expect to be around for a while!
